Pregnancy Yoga offers a valuable time to connect with your baby, to strengthen the body and ease out tension in order to feel more comfortable at this special time. We will practice useful breathing techniques which can be used during labor and beyond. We will work with gentle strengthening postures in order to prepare the body for childbirth. In this class we aim to bring balance to the body and the mind, re-energizing and creating the opportunity for deep nourishing relaxation.
