These classes vary each week, according to moon cycles, season, etc. I will usually pick up on the energy of the group and take it from there. I aim to create a joyful experience of linking movement and breath and the opportunity to release tension (physical/emotional) from the body and mind. It is a wonderful opportunity to share practice with others and at the end of the session be guided into a deep state of relaxation. The session encourages people to connect in to their own inner space and heart wisdom in order to experience a beautiful sense of freedom.
